    After an introduction to IT value management and its integration into the financial management of a company, we present procedures and methods for determining the scope and calculating the functional scope. 

    The seminar offers participants a unique opportunity to expand their skills in the area of requirements management. During the seminar, participants will learn how to clearly define the requirements for a project or product, make necessary adjustments during the course of the project and initiate new planning accordingly.


    Module 1: Basics

    The focus of the first module is to create an overview of the IT value proposition. In addition to the basic functions, an overview of the subsequent modules is presented here, which are then explored in greater depth in the special modules (2-6). In the first module, participants are given the opportunity to develop an in-depth understanding of the value contribution of IT and to explore practical steps for successively implementing this in their companies. 
      

    In this seminar, participants are enabled to determine the value contribution of IT in their company and to implement it step by step. Scope management, which plays a central role in the definition and management of project requirements, is covered in detail. Practice-oriented methods and procedures are presented to give participants the tools they need to successfully complete these tasks.
